Municipal Government Act
The Alberta Government is doing a review of the Municipal Government Act, which is your municipalities rule book. I was able to attend a few free sessions, where councils were asked what they wanted to see changed as well the opportunity to state what works and what we do not want changed. To get involved or see what it is all about visit http://mgareview.alberta.ca/get-involved/
for more information. This is a great opportunity for everyone to get involved in their government.
